Effective June 3, 2026 · PDF to Scan · Web Success

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of PDF to Scan (published on the App Store as GoScan, “the app”), published by Web Success. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple standard End User License Agreement (EULA) at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, which is incorporated by reference.

Subscriptions, billing and free trial

Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. If a free trial is offered, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews at the price and period shown at purchase unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and only with documents you have the right to scan and store. You are solely responsible for the content you process with the app.

Your content

Your documents and PDFs belong to you and remain on your device. We claim no ownership over them and have no access to them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that text recognition (OCR) or scanning will be error-free; you should verify important results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Success will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
