My scan looks crooked or dark

Lay the document flat on a contrasting surface with even lighting and let the camera detect the edges before capturing. After scanning, use the filter options (Enhanced, Grayscale, Black & White) to clean up the result.

How do I extract text from a scan?

Open a document and choose text extraction (OCR). Recognized text can be copied or shared. OCR is part of Pro.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select the app, and change or cancel there. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.

I paid but Pro isn't active

Open the app, go to the Account tab, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If it still doesn't unlock, contact us with your purchase details.

Where are my documents stored?

Entirely on your device — nothing is uploaded. If you delete the app, its documents are removed with it, so export anything you want to keep first.
